So, when we began this business we knew we wanted to be as planet friendly as possible. We spent a lot of time researching into different options, this was important to ensure our packaging is as eco friendly as possible without compromising the quality of our coffee.

The Bags

We have sourced lined coffee bags made of paper. These bags have been certified recyclable and meet global standards...meaning once the tin tie has been removed it can be recycled with your normal paper waste! (Don't forget to recycle the tin tie too)

These bags can provide a shelf life of up to 21 days for your coffee beans.

You will notice there is not a valve on our bags. The base of our bags are not heat sealed and this is to allow natural degassing of the coffee.

The Labels

All of our labels are made from 100% waste paper and can be recycled. They are biodegradeable and the inks used are vegan and have been certified for compostability.

These lovely labels do not need to be removed prior to recycling.

The Stamps

We have bought our stamps from a lovely family owned business.

The stamps we use have been made from reclaimed materials and the ink is 100% plant based.

Any plastic based product bought has been made using over 95% recycled plastic.

The postage/packaging

We send all our products in cardboard boxes (please recycle!)

Please note, we will not use plastic tape but instead will use kraft tape that can be recycled with your box.
